SHIPPING POLICY

At this time we only ship within the United States. All orders will be shipped out within 2 business days and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. We ship via USPS priority mail which then takes an additional 2-4 days for the product to arrive (within the 48 contiguous States).
Please note that at this time our delivery service (USPS) will not deliver to PO Boxes or Military Bases.
All questions emailed to customer service will be answered as quickly as possible but are guaranteed within 1-2 business days.
RETURN POLICY
By making a purchase you are demonstrating a clear understanding that we are selling these products as containing CBD (cannabidiol) from hemp oil. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease, always check with your physician before starting a new dietary supplement program. We are committed to complete compliance with FDA regulations and as such, because these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits for products containing CBD (cannabidiol). If you decide to purchase our products, you are purchasing these products with the understanding the present status of CBD (cannabidiol) products.

If you are still wanting to return your unopened product and it is within 7 days of receiving it, please see our Returns Process below.

No RMA is needed and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you have any questions about whether your product is eligible for Returns, please feel free to email us.**Please also note that we do not have a money back guarantee, as CBD does affect everyone differently. We are not able to accept back any product that has been opened or used**
Returns Process:
1) Email us at epicreliefbalm@gmail.com ASAP to alert us that you will be returning your UNOPENED product within the 7-day time limit and to request the Return Shipping Address.

2) Once you have shipped your product back to us – please also email the tracking number to epicreliefbalm@gmail.com.

3) Once we receive your package back at our facility and can confirm it’s condition, we will then issue a refund for the unopened product and email you a confirmation. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to post to your statement.

All Epic Relief Balm products purchased via retail, Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy.

Epic Relief Balm will only accept returns and refunds from purchases made online and will not allow returns from a purchase made in a retail store.
